• Email Address: Required to send you analysis reports and manage your account (if you create one).
• Payment Information: We do not store payment card details directly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use HireScreen, including pages visited, features accessed, and interaction patterns.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the HireScreen service
• Send you analysis reports via email
• Process payments for premium plans
• Communicate with you about updates, security, or support
• Monitor service usage and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Submitted Text: Text you submit for analysis is processed immediately and deleted from our servers after analysis is complete and your report has been sent. We do not retain submitted text for longer than necessary to provide the analysis.

Payment Records: Payment information is retained in accordance with legal and tax requirements, typically for 7 years.

Account Data: If you create an account, your email address and account information are retained until you request deletion or close your account.

We use minimal cookies to provide a better experience:

• Session Cookies: Essential for keeping you logged in and remembering your preferences during your visit.
• Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with HireScreen. You can disable these in your browser settings.

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary:

• Stripe: Processes all payments. Your payment information is encrypted and handled according to PCI compliance standards.
